What are Serve Teams?

Serve Teams are made up of incredible people that have discovered their gifts and passions and are actively serving in them. From creating a comfortable environment by serving on a First Impressions or Hospitality Team, to leading the next generation to Jesus by serving in the NextGen Ministry, to operating cameras for the Production team, to leading or hosting a small group, together we are a team that actively and forcefully advances the Kingdom of God.

Our Mission

The mission of the Serve Teams is to build the body of Christ by each person fulfilling their calling and serving to make an eternal difference.

Join the Serve Teams

In order to join a Serve Team, you must first complete the Cross Church Next Steps course. Next Steps guides you to discover your redemptive purpose and live the life God created for you. It is made up of two steps that equip you to discover Cross Church and join the team.

Step One
(Next Session: January 5)

Discover the vision and mission of Cross Church, the leadership structure, finances, and membership covenant. In this step you will also dive into the details of your personality, discover your gifts, and see how your design reveals your purpose in life and best fit in ministry.

Step Two
(Next Session: December 22)

Find out what it means to be a leader at Cross Church, learn how you can strengthen your character and God-given gifts to fulfill your leadership potential and connect to the opportunities available at Cross Church to live out your purpose and serve others.
